This Head of Legal will join an established business in the advisory space who are undergoing lots of growth and searching for an experienced legal professional to play a key part in driving the expansion of its legal department offering strong career prospects and the chance to be a key driver of this team.Coming in, you will be a reference point for two lawyers currently in the team who are both experienced allowing you to take the reign in an existing and high-performing team. Your role will be more managerial in nature, but also include you being hands-on and operational which offers a dynamic blend and allowing you to not lose touch with the profession.This is a unique opportunity to step directly into a senior management position within an established function where you will have purpose and autonomy to drive the direction of this service, with further opportunities to expand the team and continue your professional development.You will:

• Provide legal advice to international clients in areas such as iGaming, fintech, and aviation among other sectors;
• Manage and support existing team members as a reference point within the department;
• Lead and drive the expansion of this department collaborating with the partners on business development and strategy;
• Be involved in attending conferences and events representing the firm.

Experience:

• Qualified lawyer in Malta
• 4+ years in a CSP or Law Firm environment
• Leadership or management experience is essential

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 85,000 – 100,000 DOEBenefits:
