• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities in close partnership with the CFO
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and effective company policies

Skills & Experience:

• ACCA-qualified or Master in Accountancy (holding a Warrant is considered an asset)
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and partnering with senior executives

• Fluency in Maltese and English
