The Job

• Verify that the quantities, prices, and terms on the invoices align with the agreed terms.
• Obtain necessary approvals from project managers, procurement, and finance departments.
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve any mismatches or disputes.
• Ad hoc reporting as required by the Financial Controller
• Handling day-to-day requirements within the Accounts department

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Clerk, Accounts Clerk or similar role
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to manage and reconcile invoices, payments and financial documents
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal departments and external vendors
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information
• A relevant diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards related to finance is a plus
