The Job

• Manage and control stock, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and distribution of materials
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely availability of materials
• Handle orders and liaise with suppliers to replenish stock
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures in the warehouse
• Prepare reports and documentation related to stock management
• Support the team with day-to-day warehouse operations

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Clerk or similar role
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management procedures
• Ability to use warehouse management software and MS Office Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
