Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of one of our Starbucks locations in Malta.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong operational, communication and people management skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day store operations with a focus on service quality, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience in line with brand standards and values
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee inventory management, shift scheduling, and financial reporting
• Provide continuous feedback, training and development to partners (team members)
• Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Ensure legal and operational compliance at all levels

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience at Starbucks Malta, with a proven track record in supervisory roles
• Certified Shift Supervisor, Barista Trainer and Coffee Master
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and operational tools
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Passion for coffee, people, and delivering memorable guest experiences
