This fast-growing firm based in Malta is looking for an AML professional to join its team! Specialising in tax, accounting, legal, corporate, fintech, and compliance solutions, the firm provides tailored services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. As part of a global network, it offers exciting opportunities for professional growth, cross-border collaboration, and career development in a dynamic and supportive environment.As an AML Analyst, you will be part of a specialised team assisting the group with KYC and AML matters while supporting the MLRO. You will also provide AML and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating financial crime risks for both the organisation and its clients.You will:

• Support KYC processes for the company and its clients.
• Assist with compliance testing and monitoring.
• Conduct name and media screening.
• Maintain and update internal records.
• Help with regulatory reporting and other compliance tasks.

Skills/ Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in Compliance and/or KYC.
• Degree in Banking & Finance, Criminology, or Compliance qualification.
• Fluent in Maltese and English.
