Job DescriptionOur client, a leading financial institution in Malta, part of a diversified international group, and committed to delivering personalised banking solutions across our network of retail branches. They are seeking to recruit a Business Intelligence / Data Developer.Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing ETLs using SSIS/Python, and developing database stored procedures on SQL Server.
• Generating XML/CSV files for system data exports.
• Developing and maintaining SSRS and Power BI reports for business users.
• Ensuring data quality, integrity and security.
• Designing, developing and implementing data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Documenting business processes; designing, building, testing and maintaining data flows using Microsoft technologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in IT
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in data development using Microsoft technologies, preferably in the financial sector
• Hands-on experience using SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), with a strong foundation in SQL and data modelling concepts
• Experience implementing Microsoft SSIS ETL package solutions
• Experience implementing SSRS reports
• Experience in Python
• Experience with DBT will be considered an asset
• Experience developing .NET and web applications will be considered an asset
• Experience building Power BI reports will be considered an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
