Job DescriptionOur client, a well-established organisation operating within the retail and distribution sector, is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales across a range of products.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities by visiting garden centres, pet shops, and related retail outlets.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing regular performance reports.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Provide customers with product knowledge and technical support, ensuring they are well-informed about features and benefits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, sharing insights with management.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's market presence.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account management activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales or client-facing role.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Maltese and English.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Valid driving license.
• Outgoing personality with an interest or experience in gardening products.
