Job DescriptionBonnici Insurance Agency has been serving the local market for over 35 years. They are looking for a Junior Executive to join their Motor and Personal Lines team. As a family-run business, they offer a welcoming and supportive environment where you can grow your career. This is a full-time, on-site role.Key Responsibilities:

• The role involves dealing with clients and prospective clients.
• Handling telephone calls, following up enquiries and supporting the company's daily operation (preparing and securing quotations and renewals).

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Be smart, efficient and well-organised.
• Have a sociable personality with a strong commitment to client service and a flair for sales.

• Possess excellent telephone manners and communicate clearly in English, with Maltese considered an asset.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Have an O-level standard of education.
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Possess a clean police conduct.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in administration is a requirement.
• Experience in insurance will be considered an asset, however on-the-job training will be provided.
