  • Supporting clients with their work and residency permit processes
  • Verifying documentation and coordinating with relevant authorities
  • Handling application submissions through digital platforms
  • Collaborating with legal and corporate teams to meet key deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in administration, HR, or client-facing roles is an advantage
  • Strong written communication and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organised and efficient under pressure
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to grow
  • Fluency in Maltese
Salary: €20,000 – €28,000 depending on experiencePerks and benefits include:
