Job DescriptionOur client, a well-established Group operating across beverage production, distribution, marketing, sales and retail, is seeking a Chief Digital & Technology Officer.The selected individual will ensure that digital technologies and data become key enablers of growth, efficiency and innovation across all business units. They will define and deliver a secure, scalable and cost-effective technology roadmap, ensuring that data assets, systems and infrastructure fully support the Group's strategic ambitions and regulatory obligations. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, senior management and cross-functional teams to align all digital and technological initiatives with the overall business strategy.Key Responsibilities

• Drive the digital agenda through process automation, analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and lead AI initiatives to enhance operations, decision-making and customer experience.
• Support senior leadership in executing the Group IT strategy and defining the infrastructure roadmap. Monitor emerging technologies and recommend initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure-including servers, networks, databases and data centres, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance across the Group.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, frameworks and governance practices to ensure transparency, regulatory compliance, operational integrity and alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to the Group's IT governance framework by promoting strategic alignment and value from IT operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous learning.
• Manage operational budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost efficiency across all IT functions.

Ideal candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT operations, infrastructure management and/or digital transformation, preferably within complex, multi-site or regulated environments.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborative and proactive approach, with a proven track record of building strong cross-departmental partnerships.
• A strategic, innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through technology.
