Junior Lawyer – Hybrid working

This Junior Legal Advisor will join a highly regarded firm as they are expanding its team due to strong growth prospects, and are creating career development opportunities within its legal department.You will form part of a highly experienced legal team known for offering development opportunities and an engaging workplace due to its extremely low turnover over the last 6 years. • Advise on corporate law matters to the whole corporate lifecycle;
• Liaise with authorities;
• Be involved in other legal and compliance areas ensuring a dynamic workload;
• Draft and review a wide range of legal documents and agreements.

Experience:

• Graduated lawyer from University of Malta
• Familiarity with MBR or intro to corporate law
• Excellent communication skills in English

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 24,000 – 28,000 DOEBenefits:
