This Junior Lawyer will join a reputable firm with a longstanding corporate & commercial practice and excellent reputation among international clients. Due to growth, the firm is expanding its legal team and offering a career start for lawyers looking to build a career with a varied skillset and internal career development opportunities.You will form part of a highly experienced team of 2 lawyers already, forming a dynamic team with training and mentorship on offer allowing you to build a career and become an independent legal advisor. The team tackles legal challenges across a number of areas and industries which will offer you to build a highly attractive skillset as you grow in your career.If you are looking to start your career but perhaps do not know what exact sector you would like to focus on, this is a chance to gain exposure in a variety of legal areas which will allow you to shape your career in the direction you like.You will:

• Provide legal advice in areas such as corporate, commercial, iGaming and yachting;
• Be doing legal research and learn various legislation;
• You will be guiding clients in navigating regulatory requirements in Malta;
• Be hands-on guiding international clients with their corporate structures.

Experience:

• Qualified lawyer in Europe
• Knowledge of Maltese corporate law is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages considered a plus)

Salary / Remuneration: Up to EUR 28,000 DOEBenefits:

• Guaranteed salary increases every year
• Bonus paid twice yearly (up to 10% of your salary)
• Hybrid working
