Corporate Lawyer – Lead Transactions

This Corporate lawyer will join a leading team as they are expanding due to increased workload and a strong deal pipeline. This practice is regarded as a leading corporate & M&A team that is regarded internationally for their involvement in complex transactions, and they are offering career development opportunities within their team.In this role you will be involved in complex transactional matters and advise on corporate restructurings, high-level corporate advisory and be very involved in mergers and acquisitions, often including international elements. Forming part of this team will allow you to develop a highly attractive expertise and exposure that will either allow you to become a subject matter expert, or a skillset that is highly attractive and sought after in Malta.If you are interested in transactional legal matters and interested in building a career in one of the most dominant areas in Malta, pretty much allowing you to take your career in any direction, this is an opportunity not to miss out on.You will:

• Handle M&A transactions;
• Provide legal advice on corporate & commercial matters;
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents or commercial agreements;

Experience:

• Warranted lawyer in Malta
• 3+ years PQE, general corporate law experience is a must
• Exposure to M&A will be advantageous

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 50,000 DOEBenefits:
