Legal Counsel – Top B2B iGaming

This Legal Counsel will join one of the most prestigious B2B companies in the iGaming industry. As the company is expanding globally, they are expanding its legal department, offering a highly engaging opportunity to develop your career working within an outstanding team offering rewarding insights to develop as a lawyer.You will closely partner with the Head of Legal and Chief Legal Officer, taking on a crucial internal role where your focus will be on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters, which will offer a skillset that will really set you apart in the iGaming industry. Additionally, the mentorship and guidance on offer will be off the charts in supporting your career development.If you are looking for an opportunity to be hands-on in crucial corporate & commercial ventures within a highly regarded company, working with some of the top legal names in the iGaming world, this is an opportunity that will pave the way for your future success.You will:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
• Advice on intragroup corporate matters, ensuring the business is safeguarded globally;
• Identify legal issues and risks, collaborating with the team to create risk mitigation solutions;
• Handle due diligence and onboarding.

Experience:

• Qualified lawyer in Europe
• 3+ years PQE, either in-house or from a law firm
• General corporate and commercial law exposure is required

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 45,000 – 55,000 DOEBenefits:
