This Legal Counsel opportunity offers a driven and ambitious lawyer the opportunity to step into an iGaming group offering career development opportunities within their legal team as they are undergoing significant growth and reaching new milestones.In this role, you will form part of a team totalling 5 lawyers, which are all senior and ready to support you in your journey to become a senior iGaming lawyer. The exposure is broad, dynamic and will offer you all the insights of being an in-house lawyer in gaming, with ample growth opportunities across the group, known for their highly engaging culture and work environment being second-to-none.If you have obtained some industry exposure and want to form part of a growing group to further build your career, or are looking to take your first step into this dynamic industry, this is a must-see opportunity.You will:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
• Provide legal advice on topics such as data protection, employment, competition law and other iGaming topics;
• Handle corporate & commercial transactional matters;
• Research regulatory changes and provide legal input to safeguard the company.

Experience:

• Qualified lawyer in Europe (Based in Malta)
• 2+ years PQE, commercial experience is desired
• iGaming experience will be a plus, although not necessary

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 50,000 DOEBenefits:

• Annual performance bonus (10% of your salary)
