Job Description

A well established CSP is looking to hire a Junior Compliance Associate to join their team. the successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Compliance Officer and MLRO.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Support compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and maintain client due diligence documentation.
• Assist in reviewing and assessing potential compliance risks.
• Maintain and update compliance registers and documentation.
• Assist in the process of preparing and submitting statutory filings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in financial services, corporate services, or a regulated environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of compliance principles, AML regulations, and corporate governance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
