A well-established advisory firm based in Malta, offering corporate services to international clients. The team is composed of experienced professionals who provide tailored solutions in areas such as company formation, compliance, and international structuring. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, high standards of professionalism, and strong digital infrastructure supporting efficient service delivery.As the Senior Compliance Associate, you will join a collaborative team of Associates and report directly to the Compliance Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, and grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.You will:

• Perform and oversee customer onboarding, including due diligence checks.
• Conduct AML risk assessments and apply risk mitigation measures as needed.
• Review the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Help assign onboarding and monitoring tasks across the team.

Skills/ Experience:

• 2+ year of experience in AFC and/or Risk role.
• A degree in Banking & Finance, Criminology, or Compliance is an asset.
