Outsourcing Manager - CollectionsRole Overview:Our client is looking for an experienced Outsourcing Manager to lead their external collections partnerships. You'll be responsible for managing contracts, improving operational processes, driving performance through data, and ensuring strong collaboration between internal teams and external partners. This is a strategic role requiring both a hands-on approach and cross-functional coordination.Key Responsibilities:Partner & Contract Management: You'll own the full lifecycle of external partner relationships-from onboarding and contract negotiation to performance management. You'll ensure all servicing agreements are up to date, partners meet SLA and KPI expectations, and issues are resolved proactively.Process & Performance Optimization: You will set up and continuously improve outsourcing processes, define placement strategies, and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. Your work will directly impact recovery rates and the effectiveness of our collections approach.Reporting, Analytics & Insights: You'll develop and manage regular performance reports and dashboards to monitor outcomes and drive decisions. By analysing portfolio and partner performance, you'll make strategic recommendations and support data-driven decisions on placements and process improvements.Team & Cross-Department Collaboration: You will lead a small team and ensure seamless coordination between internal departments-such as Analytics, Payments, and Internal Collections-and external partners. Clear communication, operational alignment, and shared goals will be central to your success.Experience & Skills:
  • 5+ Years' Experience in Outsourcing / Vendor Management, ideally in Collections or Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of Operational Processes and Performance Metrics
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Proven ability to work with Data and Translate Insights into Action
  • Team Leadership Experience and a Collaborative Mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Tableau).
  • Fluent in English (required) - German and/or Spanish are a plus
