A well established CSP is looking to hire a Risk Manager who will be reporting to the Head of the department and will assist clients with Risk related matters.Responsibilities:

• Identify, monitor, and evaluate client operational risks.
• Draft and maintain risk policies and registers.
• Support the development and enhancement of risk management tools and models.
• Prepare risk reports for Board presentations and attend board meetings.
• Liaise with clients on risk issues and provide internal risk training as needed.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends.
• Ensure client compliance with applicable risk limits and requirements.
• Assist with cross-departmental tasks and ad hoc duties.
• Be willing to take on regulated roles as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in investment services or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of investment fund and firm operations.
• Relevant qualifications in risk or investment services are a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage pressure.
• Strong communicator and team player.
