An international company in the insurance space is looking to hire an Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Group Head of Risk and will focus on identifying, measuring and managing the risk exposure of the company.Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and integration of the Risk Management Framework.
• Ensure risk management systems align with business needs and best practices.
• Investigate risk events, identify root causes, and implement key learnings.
• Continuously improve risk policies, appetite statements, and assessments.
• Deliver insightful risk reporting for informed decision-making.
• Promote and enhance a strong risk management culture

Requirements:

• Degree in Insurance, Risk, Business or Finance, or a similar qualification.
• A good understanding of the Solvency II framework.
• Excellent command in English language.
