Job Description
Our Payments Team is growing, and we are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join us on our journey!Lead Product Manager is a leadership position and will be responsible for defining the product roadmap for Payments, spanning across multiple product areas.This position is expected to directly manage and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring to support their growth. Work directly with the Head of Product & Engineering Leadership to deliver value through a customer-centric approach. Effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring a healthy balance of business goals, technical feasibility & user needs. Help to shape our Marketing product area for the future and be a part of the Extend Product & Engineering Leadership Team (ELT). To be customer-centric and advocate for best practices in product management, user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.Your day-to-day
  • Defines & drives product roadmaps for multiple product areas.

Your background and mindset
  • Payments experience, designing and optimising payment flows across fiat and crypto in diverse, multi-jurisdictional markets with varied regulatory landscapes.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a product management role (or close exposure to) with ability to deliver value across a complex portfolio of products.
  • At least 3+ years of people management experience, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Defined and implemented customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Strong business acumen, feeling comfortable to track and measure marketing performance.
  • Defined key product metrics and KPIs
  • Customer centric: driven by seeking to understand customers better, their behaviours and the link to business
  • A team player - works with others across the organisation to get things done;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills;
  • Effective communicator: develops and delivers multimode communications to fulfil the needs of different audiences;
  • Good presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages to diverse and wide audiences;

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • iGaming experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with process & document management tools, such as Jira or Confluence preferred.
