Working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, you'll bring creativity and innovation to sourcing, streamlining recruitment processes, and delivering a standout candidate experience. You will also work closely with our employer branding team to help to position LeoVegas as a top employer in the highly competitive iGaming industry.We are looking for someone with a solid background in talent acquisition, whether from an agency or in-house recruitment setting. Experience within the gaming and/or sports industries is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders, this could be the perfect role for you.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and to provide support throughout the hiring process
- Creating effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates
- Candidate sourcing through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter & other job boards
- Candidate management throughout the full recruitment cycle
- Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles, whilst planning for future needs
- Working closely with employer branding to accurately portray the culture of LeoVegas, and to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
- At least three years in-house or agency recruitment experience
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of strategic sourcing strategies \
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience within the iGaming industry
