• Build and maintain good business relationships with clients
• Gather information and assess their insurance needs
• Present solutions to help customers make purchasing decisions according to their needs
• Ensure customers understand the terms of cover and prepares the insurance documentation

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with customers
• Highly motivated with a natural flair for sales
• IT proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
• An advanced level of education
• Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care related discipline would be considered an asset
