• Provide general administrative support to the Risk team
• Maintain the operational risk incidents dashboard and risk register

• Collect, compile, and analyse risk-related data and reports
• Assist in preparing risk reports and dashboards for senior management
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and the Risk Appetite Statement, escalating breaches as needed
• Support compliance with banking regulations and data requests for audits/reviews
• Maintain the operational risk incidents dashboard and risk register
• Assist in drafting regulatory documents (ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan)
• Review and update risk policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the Risk team

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Fluent in Maltese and English
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a dynamic team
• Experience in financial services is an asset
