The Job

• Maintain the upkeep of the maintenance stores and conduct stock-taking every quarter.
• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Liaise with the Assistant Maintenance Manager regarding quotations and purchasing of items.
• Reconcile invoices with accounts and conduct inventory audits to assess inventory levels and requirements.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, tidy, and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.

Job Requirements

• IT proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Driving licence is a must.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC items.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
