The Job

• Prepare monthly management accounts in a timely manner to support performance review.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting in collaboration with Department Heads and the CFO.
• Prepare cash flow statements and other financial reports as requested by the CFO or senior management.
• Submit accurate and timely VAT returns.
• Provide financial analysis for new and ongoing projects or business opportunities.

• Ensure strong internal and financial control processes are maintained.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors to facilitate efficient statutory audits.
• Monitor debtors and credit control procedures, reporting regularly to the Group CFO and senior leadership.
• Support and guide accounts staff in managing daily cash settlements and receivables.
• Ensure adherence to group policies, accounting standards, and fiscal requirements.

• Supervise and support Finance Department staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Propose and implement finance-related policies and procedures, in collaboration with the CFO.
• Identify and recommend improvements to manual and digital finance processes.
• Motivate and develop the finance team in line with the Group’s values and culture.

• Carry out other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Group CFO.

Job Requirements

• ACCA qualification or equivalent (mandatory)
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or multi-entity operations
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (a plus)
