- Prepare monthly management accounts in a timely manner to support performance review.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting in collaboration with Department Heads and the CFO.
- Prepare cash flow statements and other financial reports as requested by the CFO or senior management.
- Submit accurate and timely VAT returns.
- Provide financial analysis for new and ongoing projects or business opportunities.
- Ensure strong internal and financial control processes are maintained.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors to facilitate efficient statutory audits.
- Monitor debtors and credit control procedures, reporting regularly to the Group CFO and senior leadership.
- Support and guide accounts staff in managing daily cash settlements and receivables.
- Ensure adherence to group policies, accounting standards, and fiscal requirements.
- Supervise and support Finance Department staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Propose and implement finance-related policies and procedures, in collaboration with the CFO.
- Identify and recommend improvements to manual and digital finance processes.
- Motivate and develop the finance team in line with the Group’s values and culture.
- Carry out other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Group CFO.
- ACCA qualification or equivalent (mandatory)
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or multi-entity operations
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (a plus)
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency
- A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
