A well established CSP is looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their growing team. The selected candidate will report to the Board of Directors.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve operations across corporate, finance, accounting, compliance, and office support functions.
• Develop and refine internal policies, systems, and manuals for greater efficiency and quality.
• Manage client onboarding and termination, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Maintain portfolio monitoring processes aligned with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Support finance, accounting, and corporate teams to meet deadlines and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with AML, Risk, and Compliance teams to uphold strong internal controls.
• Oversee IT systems to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead implementation of new tools and initiatives to boost performance.
• Ensure robust data protection, cybersecurity, and business continuity measures.
• Support internal and external audits with timely documentation and responses.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within a TCSP or financial services environment.
• Solid knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and operational frameworks in regulated sectors.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
• A degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is an asset.
