• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards
• Identify growth opportunities and drive business development
• Foster lasting client relationships with a strong focus on service excellence
• Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into action

What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for someone with leadership strength, property insight, and a proactive mindset.Requirements:

• Must be an EU citizen living in the EU (for legal work eligibility in Malta)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a results-driven team
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of Malta’s property market is an advantage but not essential
