Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the local real estate market Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements on behalf of clients Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and other industry professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications Continuously seek new business opportunities through networking and referrals Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Strong networking, relationship-building and negotiation skills No experience is required.
