HOTEL MANAGER – MALTA Join Our Growing Hospitality Team at Tritoni Hotels Tritoni Hotels, a boutique hospitality group known for its contemporary design, personalized guest experience, and premium locations, is currently looking for an experienced, driven, and highly organized Hotel Manager to join our team. Position Overview: As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in one of Tritoni Hotel properties in Malta. Your mission is to ensure smooth functioning across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services), maintain high standards of service, and uphold the brand values of Tritoni Hotels. You will work closely with executive management and act as the key link between operational staff, guests. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and coordinate daily hotel operations ensuring an exceptional guest experience Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams with a proactive and supportive leadership style Manage guest feedback and reviews, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively Monitor room occupancy, assist in implementing promotional strategies Prepare budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance Maintain and implement SOPs and quality standards across all departments Liaise with third-party providers (laundry, maintenance, vendors) to ensure seamless service delivery Train, and motivate staff to maintain high morale and team cohesion Report directly to the Group Director Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in a Hotel Manager or Operations Manager role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required Ability to manage multi-site operations and lead diverse teams Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of PMS systems (Little Hotelier, Cloudbeds, Opera or similar) A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and detail Must reside in Malta and hold a valid Maltese residence and work permit (candidates without these will not be considered) Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when required What We Offer: Competitive salary package, based on experience Performance-based incentives and bonuses A supportive and innovative work environment Career development and internal promotion opportunities The chance to be part of a growing hotel group with ambitious expansion plans Location: Malta - Gzira Start Date: Immediate or upon agreement Employment Type: Full-Time To apply, please send your updated CV and a short cover letter highlighting your experience and motivation.
