Job Description Company Introduction Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services. Job Responsibilities and Duties Prepare and submit resolutions, statutory forms, and other corporate documentation to the Malta Business Registry (MBR); Assist with company incorporations, structural changes, and other corporate administration processes; Maintain statutory registers and ensure corporate records are accurate and up to date; Review and prepare contracts, resolutions, and other corporate documentation; Coordinate the opening and closing of client bank accounts, liaising with banks and financial institutions as required; Act as a point of contact for clients, supporting the day-to-day administration of their companies; Assist with client onboarding processes, including the collection and maintenance of KYC documentation and ongoing monitoring requirements; Support clients with residency programme applications and employment visa registrations; Keep clients informed of relevant regulatory updates and industry developments; Liaise with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and other regulatory authorities where required. Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience within Corporate Services or a similar role; Good knowledge of corporate services regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance procedures; Diploma in Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field will be considered an asset; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese.
