Job Description

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Furniture Sprayer. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes on various furniture pieces. This role requires proficiency in spray painting techniques and an understanding of different materials and coatings. Responsibilities: Prepare furniture surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary Apply paint, stain, or finish to furniture using spray equipment while ensuring an even and smooth application Select appropriate materials and techniques based on the type of furniture and desired finish Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards Maintain and clean spray equipment and work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and fulfill customer orders Stay updated on industry trends and new spraying techniques to enhance skill set. Requirements: Proven experience as a furniture sprayer or in a similar role within the woodworking or furniture industry Strong knowledge of various spray painting techniques and materials Ability to work with precision and attention to detail Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a workshop environment Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Training and experience in painting or finishing is a plus.
