Forming part of the Bonnici Group, United Equipment Co. Ltd. (UNEC Co. Ltd.) is a market leader in the supply of special equipment to the Transport, Construction and Logistic/Warehousing businesses and plant equipment for industries and businesses in general. Being the official representatives of prestigious brands such as DAF, Caterpillar, Cummins, Hyster and Ingersoll Rand, amongst others.As we grow and develop, we are now seeking a highly motivated and organised Fleet Administrator to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing vehicle inspections of all lease fleet on a periodic basis

• Monitoring maintenance schedule for all lease and UNEC fleet and following up with reporting.

• Coordinating and upkeeping of all replacement vehicle fleet

• Tracking and planning for maintenance/ VRT appointments of all lease and UNEC fleet

• Monitoring vehicle allocation and updating the database.

• Assisting with insurance claims and maintaining updated records.

• Assisting with the day-to-day planning and logistics related to lease operations

The successful candidate should have:

• A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably within a similar role.

• The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

• A high level of attention to detail.

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Ready to work flexible hours on the workplace to meet client demands
