Hybrid Carrer Progression The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing legal advice across banking, corporate, insurance and financial services matters. Reviewing and negotiating contracts, particularly relating to secured lending facilities. Advising the business on legal and regulatory developments. Liaising with regulators, external law firms and notaries where required. Supporting the company's in managing legal risk and ensuring ongoing compliance. Requirements: LL.B (Hons) and M.Adv. (Melit.). Warrant to practise as an Advocate in Malta. Fluency in both English and Maltese. Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills. Boston Link
