Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Bar Tender to join our team on a full-time basis. Main duties: • Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders • Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials • Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers • Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations • Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked. • Prepare and present hot and cold beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards • Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register • Cash handling when needed • Comply with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations • Dismantle and clean machinery as needed • Display merchandise in an attractive and functional manner • Monitor inventory Requirements: • Experience within a similar role will be considered an asset • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding organisational abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in English Interested?
