We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender to join our team, delivering exceptional service across our outlets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong mixology skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in both service and presentation. Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in all food and beverage areas. • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages • Ensure all drinks are made in accordance with company recipes and quality standards. • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area at all times. • Follow health and safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards. Requirements: • Previous experience in a cocktail or bar setting is preferred. • Knowledge of mixology techniques and classic cocktail recipes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. • A positive attitude and passion for delivering a memorable guest experience.
