Grow Our Client Base: Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring repeat business. Custom Proposals & Pitches: Collaborate with the events team to craft personalized proposals and impactful presentations. Be the Face of Paradise Bay: Represent us at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote our services and expand our reach. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify new areas for growth and innovation. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales—preferably in the events, hospitality, or tourism industry. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for engaging clients. Impeccable organisational abilities and keen attention to detail—you're the one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. A proactive and goal-driven mindset—you thrive on hitting (and beating!) your targets. Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite to stay organised and responsive.
