Paradise Bay Hotel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Gardener / Groundskeeper to maintain and enhance the hotel’s outdoor areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that gardens, landscapes, and general outdoor spaces are well-kept, clean, and safe for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: Maintain gardens, lawns, and plants through watering, pruning, mowing, and weeding. Cultivate and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the hotel’s surroundings. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems for efficient water usage. Keep outdoor areas, including pathways, parking spaces, and entrances, clean and free of debris. Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as clearing drains, removing fallen branches, and ensuring safe access to all external spaces. Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping (at least 1 year). Basic knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and plant care. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience in a hospitality setting is an advantage.
