As we grow and develop, we are now seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Taking charge of administrative processes and ensuring renewal of permits and services Assisting with the time keeping process for specific business units, processing data and compiling timekeeping reports Taking ownership of various project related administration tasks Accurately completing forms and general applications Assisting with insurance policies, renewals, updates and claims Organizing correspondence and managing documents Assisting with any other day to day functions of the department. The ideal candidate should be: Highly organised with a good eye for detail Fluent in both the English and Maltese language In possession of an A level standard of Education Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Previous relevant work experience would be considered an asset. Naturally, as with all our vacancies the winning candidate will have a positive approach, a can-do attitude, a strong sense of team player dynamics and service, great two-way communications, and leadership skills, together with a proven sense of pride in getting things done to the highest possible standard, first time, every time.
