• Draft, review and negotiate agreements;
• Advise clients on various transactions related to entities in Matla;
• Provide legal advice in various areas such as corporate, commercial, employment and intellectual property law;
• Advise management and take part in cross-departmental projects.

Experience:

• Warranted lawyer in Malta
• 1-2+ years PQE in a client-facing environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 30,000 – 35,000 DOEBenefits:
