Legal & Compliance Officer – iGaming – Hybrid

This Legal & Compliance Officer will join a very established and global company currently expanding its legal & compliance team in Malta. Due to growth and multiple new projects, the company is creating attractive career development opportunities in their team.You will closely support the Legal & Compliance Manager of the company on an ongoing basis, offering both mentorship and guidance as you keep elevating your career. You will have very broad exposure, being involved heavily in commercial contracts and other areas including licensing, which will provide a very well-rounded skillset to make a name for yourself in iGaming.If you have gotten a taste of the iGaming industry and are looking for an opportunity where you can step up, take ownership and closely collaborate with an experienced mentor, in a hybrid setup, this is the opportunity for you.You will:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts;
• Conduct research and monitor regulatory developments in order to safeguard business operations;
• Be involved in license applications and processes;
• Provide legal advice and guidance on ad-hoc matters requiring legal input

Experience:

• Qualified lawyer in Europe
• 1+ years PQE, exposure to iGaming is a must
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages considered a plus)

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 35,000 – 38,000 DOEBenefits:
