Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision engineering, contributing to the production of high-quality components.- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and quality standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling, including programming knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in CNC operation or machining preferred.
