Calls, chats, emails — you’ll handle it all, and no two days ever look the same.You’ll become a mini-expert in sportsbook & casino, and you’ll get the freedom to actually solve problems — not just pass cases around. Your ideas and feedback will matter, and your voice will be heard.What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers via phone, chat and email
• Solving cases fully — not just forwarding them
• Approving withdrawals and handling KYC
• Running daily security checks
• Spotting trends and sharing insights to improve processes
• Working closely with other internal teams
• Reaching your KPIs and contributing to a strong team atmosphere

RequirementsWho You Are

• Fluent in Swedish
• Curious, social and confident in your communication
• Interested in sports/casino (or at least not confused by the concept of odds…)
• Open to shift work
• A multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment
