Join our dynamic team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and personal growth.Responsibilities- To create a “real sense of welcome and best wishes on departure” with all patients, their families, visitors and consultants, by greeting customers in a friendly, and professional manner at all times.
- To provide support to clinic staff by answering the telephone and attending to queries from any visitors or patients, directing them to the right course of action whilst continuously ensuring not to over-step into the clinical management of the patient.
- To admit and discharge patients on Compucare system accordingly.
- To verify all non-clinical details with patients.
- To ensure that all patient files are complete with al relevant paperwork before a patient goes to theatre.
- To ensure all patient files have a discharge summary before being sent to Medical Records and procure files from Medical Records when needed.
- To ensure that all payments are sorted upon discharge with self-pay patient’s clinic bill.
- To liaise with foreign and local insurance companies with regards to pre-admission clarification and confirmation of direct settlements.
- To organise appointments for in and outpatients accordingly.
- To liaise with the appropriate members of staff in case of emergencies.
- To ensure all filing systems are updated and filed correctly
- To answer any incoming email and missed calls
- Ability to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds with respect and in a non-judgmental manner
