Our culinary team supports multiple outlets and service styles, delivering high-quality desserts and pastry items in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment. We are currently recruiting pastry team members to support daily pastry operations across the hotel. This vacancy includes opportunities for the following pastry roles: Pastry Chef de Partie Pastry Demi Chef de Partie Pastry Sous Chef Hotel Pastry Chef Tournant Pastry Senior Sous Chef Pastry Senior Chef de Partie Pastry Commis Chef Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.
