Who You Are: You will have a strong background in FinTech or Financial Services, payment and card-based systems, digital payment methods and related technologies. You are a proactive, adaptable and highly collaborative individual with a passion for problem solving and communication. You are driven by results and excel in fast paced, team-oriented environments. You bring with you solid experience in business analysis, supported by relevant certifications such as Agile or Business Analyst qualifications. You are inquisitive, analytical and always ready to challenge the status quo to improve processes and outcomes. What You Will Be Doing: Define the objectives, scope and success criteria of new and existing products, features, and technologies. Gather, clarify and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, scope documentation and information flow diagrams. Lead requirement reviews and engage in constructive discussions with stakeholders to refine and challenge assumptions. Support the design of high-level product concepts and model business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop UAT test cases, conduct testing and ensure solutions meet business goals. Function as the bridge between the business and the technology team, helping developers clearly understand functional specifications and business expectations. Produce concise summaries of complex topics and ensure requirements are well understood across all stakeholder groups, identifying all dependencies. Ensure that all projects align with the company’s strategic vision and compliance standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools and methodologies. What You Bring: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. An excellent command of the English language (minimum C1 – Business English). Strong background in FinTech or Financial Services, payment and card-based systems, digital payment methods and related technologies. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand systems and data flows. Impeccable attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines. Proven experience in writing high quality user stories, functional specifications and process documentation. Experience with system integration, business systems design and information systems. Familiarity with tools such as Jira (for issue tracking) and Confluence (for documentation). Experience in manual testing and creating UAT test cases. Understanding of APIs, including request / response flows and integration points. A strong desire to learn new technologies and explore new business domains. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
