Job Description

Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for Diesel Gensets, Gas (CHP/CCHP) systems, Microgrids, and BESS solutions; Review RFQs, ITT documentation, and tender specifications to ensure full compliance with client requirements; Provide technical input by responding to client queries, assessing project feasibility, and proposing effective energy solutions; Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales and engineering teams, as well as external suppliers and subcontractors, to develop competitive submissions; Prepare accurate cost estimates covering equipment, materials, labour, and subcontractor services based on supplier quotations and pricing data; Present technical proposals to clients, clearly outlining the value proposition and addressing technical and commercial questions; Identify potential project risks during the proposal stage and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies; Ensure all submissions comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering preferred)' Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposal engineering or sales engineering within the energy or industrial sectors; Proven exposure to Diesel Gensets, Gas (CHP/CCHP) systems, Microgrids, or BESS technologies; Strong understanding of tendering procedures and technical evaluation processes; Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software; familiarity with Revit will be considered an asset; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
