Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit an HR Administration officer to support the HR Generalist. The chosen candidate will support the company's continued growth and operations in Malta. Responsibilities: Preparation and management of employment contracts, extensions, amendments and terminations Drafting of offer letters and mandatory employment documentation Management of compliance requirements under the Employment and Industrial Relations Act (EIRA) Registrations and communications with JobsPlus Management of EU and non-EU employees’ documentation (single work permit, immigration compliance) Administrative payroll support (FSS, social security contributions, income tax) Updating HR records and document filing in compliance with GDPR Verification of subcontractors’ administrative documentation Support during audits or inspections Requirements: Diploma or degree in economics, law or related fields 2–4 years’ experience in personnel administration, preferably in Malta Knowledge of Maltese labour law Experience managing foreign workers Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office Accuracy, confidentiality and a strong compliance mindset JobsinMaltaMore Info
