Job Description Company Introduction Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture. Job Responsibilities and Duties Support the Purchasing and Accounts Managers in day-to-day operations; Assist in ensuring consistent availability of materials and products; Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate records; Input and update inventory records within internal systems; Process supplier invoices and maintain proper documentation; Handle petty cash transactions and related record-keeping; Provide occasional support at reception, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls; Assist with general administrative tasks as required across departments. Experience Basic understanding of accounting principles; Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset; Familiarity with purchasing or sourcing processes will be considered an advantage; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Maltese and basic Italian will be considered an asset. Personal Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks; Effective communication skills, including professional telephone manner; Ability to work collaboratively within a team; Reliable and proactive approach to work.
